1:27.0	My name is Matt Essam. I am a creative business coach and I help establish freelancers and small agency owners to find their dream clients
1:37.4	so that they can do work that is both creatively fulfilling and financially rewarding.
1:43.0	When did you make the shift into being a creative coach?
1:46.0	Great question, yeah, it was about four years ago now.
1:50.0	It was, it was kind of before that I was a digital marketing consultant and I just the more I got down that rabbit hole the more I started working with creatives the more I realized there was bigger problems to be solved.
2:06.1	You know it wasn't just that they needed help with their marketing, they needed help with
2:09.8	their business, they needed help with mindset, they needed help with their mindset. They needed help with lots of things and I wanted to
2:18.1	create as much of a transformation for them as I could really. I wanted to solve the biggest problem that I was capable of solving.
