| 0:58.0 | So, what have you been working on in your fitness and nutrition right now? What's been a big goal for you? |

| 1:07.0 | My dad is sick and he has dates for kidney disease, so I had to go to Texas to see him. |
| 1:12.0 | I'm trying to get him to, you know, he wouldn't take dialysis. He wouldn't see the cardiac doctor. He pretty much gave up. |
| 1:20.0 | But then when I went to see him, now he has an appointment on 24th August to go to get dialysis and started any single cardiac doctor. |
| 1:27.0 | So, you know, that's been kind of, I've just, I'm just really tired. That's all I can tell you. |
| 1:33.0 | Okay. Wow. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now. I'm really sorry to hear about your dad. |
| 1:38.0 | Yeah, I had to call an ambulance for him like five times since I left because he lives in Galveston, Texas. |
| 1:43.0 | So, whenever he gets an episode, if I can't breathe, he always calls me. |
| 1:47.0 | He calls you instead of the ambulance? |
| 1:49.0 | He calls me first and then I call the ambulance. |
| 1:52.0 | Okay. |
| 1:53.0 | So, I had to do that like five times since I left. |
| 1:57.0 | And it could be at midnight, it could be at one o'clock in the evening, so I have to listen from my phone. |
