nine. Consistency in anything that we do I think is a huge key for health and well-being

whether it be a mental discipline a spiritual discipline and emotional discipline the way that we

eat I mean in any way I think discipline is just a huge piece

it shouldn't be looked at as a negative people think discipline I mean I'm

getting whipped by you know the priest or I'm getting whipped by somebody, you know, discipline is the road to

master ship, right? It's becoming a master at something and really it's in a lot of

ways it's mastering our own lives. I am really excited to introduce my guest today.

Jennifer Salzman grew up in Southern California and

then she promptly moved to Seattle in California,

Santa Cruz, with a degree in Modern Dance in 1991.

And then she promptly moved to Seattle in 1992

because she was apparently sick of really great weather

And shortly thereafter she started studying Pilates.

In 1995 she completed her certification as an instructor of Pilatties and has been teaching for 21 years.

After running her own studio for seven years, Jennifer was hired by the prestigious Bellevue Club,

where she has been instructing individuals and groups for the last 14 years.

So just take a moment and fill in some gaps from your bio there and share with us.
