to leave the coastline before what could be the most powerful storm in three decades

hits on Thursday.

Many areas could see 20 inches of rain and possibly massive flooding.

President Trump has urged residents to get out and he's

apparently heating his own advice. A campaign rally planned for Thursday in

Mississippi, which is also in the path of the storm, is now canceled.
