So it was only two years later that I decided to go full time with the anti-bullying work and just loved it.

And then I did that. I was doing a number of different things but that was my full-time work and then that day came you know that day I described before where I looked in the rearview mirror and I saw

myself and I saw this you know line on my forehead and I'm like oh my gosh like

what and I'm feeling like I'm feeling like I'm helping others, but am I really helping myself?

Like I'm stressed out.

I'm, I need to be enjoying my life and enjoying the journey, even though I do love

what I'm doing. I love presenting and doing all this. I just knew there was more. There was a way to be more relaxed, to feel more calm. I just knew it had to be.

And so one day I was at a seminar. I went to this big seminar and I really enjoyed the speaker and I got a chance to speak to him during a break and I said, you know, you've made this major transformation in your life.

You know, you were really, you know, down and out, you were poor, you were having a rough time

in life, and then you kind of pulled things together and now you seem to be doing really well financially

and your whole life has changed, you're successful in a much different kind of way.

I said, is there any one thing that you did that you know that really you could

attribute to this huge change this huge transformation and he said well yeah actually there is he said there is this

guy he's actually a doctor and he's a psychologist or a psychiatrist he said and he put together a program and it's just like

it's just like recordings. It's a digital download he said and you can buy it online and he said I'd listen to it I bought it I

listened to it he says listen to it he says I'd listen to it hundreds of times in my car

and he said honestly that brought about a change in the way I think
