Hi everyone, I'm back and it feels so good. I truly loved my month-long pause. I

learned so much and made some major shifts that I'm going to share more about in

the coming months. But today I am just ready to get back to some new episodes of

3 and 30 with me. We have a really great episode today, but before we start I
