Episode number eight, we have been on fire.

These past episodes have been moving fast. We've been helping a lot of people, educating a lot of people,

of course the goal is empowering a lot of people, so empowering a lot of people and their children.

So many posts on Instagram I'm seeing of moms putting up their children eating different foods and a lot of the foods that are recommended and listening to the podcast and another beautiful thing I see is people just grabbing all of these products that I'm mentioning that are

toxic to you and your children opening their garbage can and throwing it away

it's been sort of a little viral thing that's taken over and it's really cool to see the effect of what we can do as people speaking about how to empower ourselves and learning about what is not benefiting our health.

So today we have a lot to go over, really good stuff.

Okay, it's going to be on a heavy metal, but this heavy metal is important because

it flows into our food supply, our water, the air.

So why don't we learn about what this heavy metal is,

what it does, where it's found, and how to cut it out of our lives

or reduce it as best as possible.

I'm talking about arsenic, arsenic arsenic arsenic arsenic is present in food and we need to know.

arsenic is one of the nastiest heavy metals out there.
