Okay, but as we start, I want to tell you what happened this past week in federal court.

This is a federal judge, a singular federal judge in Texas.

What a shocker.

Who made a ruling. Now, there's not an appeals court decision. It's going up on appeal. And of course, Supreme Court hasn't heard it. But there is a Texas

ban. This is a shocker. There is a Texas ban on 18 to 20 year olds against carrying handguns in public.

See, I would have thought Texas it would be mandatory for an 18 year old to carry a gun.

And if you don't carry a gun, that's a criminal violation.

But no, it's the exact opposite.

Texas does not let 18 to 20 year olds carry guns, handguns in public.

Of course, that was overturned.

A lawsuit was filed by some Second Amendment advocates and a nonprofit that was the lead plaintiff

in overturning this ban or trying to.

And the judge bought the argument saying that that ban is unconstitutional and is a restriction with the Second Amendment and U.S. history.

Here is the rationale.

I love the rationale.

Because here in California, for example, you can't have a weapon if you're 18, 18.

I think you can only do it when you're 21, if I remember.

Oh, you can't have an assault weapon at all in California.

But in any case, the judge said, let's look at U.S. history. When the founding,

when you looked at the beginning of this country, a lot of people in the militia, right,

and that's what usually the militia is referred to whenever you talk about the Second Amendment,
