Arkansas had a law.

It was not law still on the books, but the federal appeals court said, no thank you.

Here's what the law says, is that doctors are prohibited from providing gender-confirming hormone

treatment, puberty blockers, or surgery, or even referring people under the age of 18

to other providers for the treatment.

So if someone needs gender switching hormones, which happens and then surgery, basically trans

people, saying, okay, I want to be a woman or I want to be a man.

I was born in the wrong body.

I think medical science, for the most part, already agrees.

Yeah, that's a thing. It's real.

People, it does happen to people, and it happens to a few more people than you would think.

There's someone I know who has dealt with an individual, with an individual, a man known since high school and became a loan.

And if you start asking around, uh, you may, you'll be me surprised.

So anyway, there, uh, was a lawsuit.

And, uh, it was, uh, a suit saying that this ban on doctors helping people to engage in their

transformation that the lower court said no.

Federal judge said he can't do that.

That law, Arkansas, is we're not going to let that go forward.

Well, guess what just happened?

A three judge panel of the eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed that judge's ruling.

Now, this was a temporary blocking of the order.
