Let me tell you about what's going on in California, how unusual, and the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court is that U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to consider whether homeless people have a constitutional right to sleep on public sidewalks and camp in parks.

Now city officials all over California, including Los Angeles, where I live, say they face a crisis of homeless encampments.

I mean, you have to follow the stories.

I mean, it is insane.

I leave the station, and there is right next to Forest Lawn, which is a massive cemetery, and there's a major street that goes past it.

It's RVs for miles where homeless people live right there on the side of the road, and then encampments all over the place.

I mean, it has gotten very, very bad.

So there are local ordinances.

You can't camp on the street.

Can't camp on sidewalks.

You can't camp in public parks.

I mean, kids go to public parks.

And there are a lot of people that are mentally ill.

And there's a lot of garbage.

And there's a lot.

I mean, I don't know if you've been to a homeless encampment

or seen one, they're not the most pristine, clean places on the planet.

So the issue is, it was the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling.
