A lot of people have these Brita water filters or Brita water filters.

They're these what do you call it containers that you put water in.

I forget what the hell they call them,

jugs, jugs, plastic jugs, plastic jugs.

And they have a filter in the middle of it,

and you fill it up with tap water, and it filters it out,

and a lot of people do like them.

Well, here's a shocker of shockers.

Breed is getting sued.

And why are they getting sued? Well, because it's a proposed

class action suit, which has to be certified by the court, by the way, that says, okay, you got a

lawsuit, otherwise you don't. It's a couple of steps with class action suits. But in the end,

big money changes hands, not so much for the plaintiffs, the people that have been

hurt by any of this action.

It's the lawyers.

That's why lawyers love class action suits.

Okay.

Proposed class action suit, L.A. County claims that Brita has deceptive advertising and has led customers to falsely believe that Brita products

filtered contaminants such as arsenic nitrate, hexavalent chromium.

That seems to be the big one.
