This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

Now, you may not know names, but you certainly know the story.

Rex Heerman, and this is the Gilgo Beach murders, this is the architect who is accused of killing

all of those sex workers.

They're no longer hookers anymore, by the way,

and nobody's a prostitute anymore.

Now everybody's a sex worker.

And so he's being charged with three,

which they have tons of evidence.

He's being looked at very carefully as a suspect in the fourth.

And they think, and they're right now collecting the evidence,

that he may be responsible for a dozen more of these murders found around his home on Long Island in New York.

So the police come in and they search the house.

A legitimate search.

And they tear the place apart.

And I mean like a tornado comes in.

And then they walk out the door with the evidence that they have retrieved.

His wife and the kids, particularly his wife, are suing the police department because the house is no longer

livable.

It has been destroyed.

Now, that one, I think, is defensible for the police.
