Yeah, I think we just need to be pushing people towards eating whole foods regardless of where it is.

And I feel like there's so much focus on eliminating and don't have this and food sensitivities.

And it's like, no, it's ideal to keep your diet diverse because that's where you get

the coverage across all the different, you know, you're students within the context of whole foods.

I'm not talking diversity of pop charts.

But they're organic.

We are here because we know the outcomes in our lives are within our control.
