I am so happy that you decided to hang out with me today.

I have a really interesting guest on the show who has a new book out and her name is

Malika Chopra and she has a website that I was an early adapter

of years ago called intent.com and it was when I was really on my path when but I was already on my path, but I was super inspired

by intent.com because it was a way to live in this present moment, right? Every day you could go on the site and put in what is your intent for today.

And I did it today actually.

And today my intent was to observe without adding. I mean, I'll have to do that after this episode but

after this episode I am going to observe without adding anything.

That is harder than it sounds.

Anyway, we do a great interview.

Her book is really interesting talking about just her experience,

not to mention growing up Depak Jopra's daughter.

So this, you know, can be great and can be, you know, has its challenges as well.

So that was interesting. She tells a whole bunch of great stories.

What I love about the book is that she's very, very honest,

and that probably the most important thing to her in her library,

she mentioned it a lot, and we talked quite a bit about it in the interview was about being connected and the path for her it was so important that she have a community and I feel the same way and we talked quite a bit about
