Well, was suit between Crocs, everybody knows what Crocs is,

and there is a rival plastic shoe manufacturer

called Joy Bees.

And they have filed competing cross complaints against each other.

That happens when you sue someone, and they turn around

and sue you right back.

You did it.

No, you did it.

It's your fault. No, no, it's your fault. It's not my

fault. You're the one that screwed up. The dog ate my homework and you forced the dog to do so.

That's not true. Those are complaints and cross complaints. Sometime a cross complaint is you bring a third party in.

And that is, it's your fault. And the defendant goes, it really isn't, it's the guy's

the guy's fault over there. And so the defendant files a cross complaint, bringing three happy

people into the lawsuit. So back we go, Crox and Joy Bees,
