Emily is a little theater acting nerd through and through and like so many of us she has been doing it

forever it is her heart her blood her life her passion she came to LA and then she left and then she came back to LA and then she left and then she left and then she came back to LA and then she left and then she came back to LA and she works now all the time.

Tons of people left Los Angeles and New York City.

A lot of people left the major markets.

A lot of people are like, I'm done, I think this business is done,

I don't know what's going on, and yet you're still listening to this podcast.

So there's something there, and if that's true, I just want to see if this episode will serve as an inspiration to you and also for those of you who didn't bounce out and who have stayed in the markets as you stayed in.

I just want you to know it's such a great story about no matter where the world is at and no matter how
