non-cursing cursing or just Utah County language.

So if you're not familiar with Utah talk, when someone says shiz, they really mean,

you know what.

When they say, I'm going to kick your trash, they really mean a part of your body.

When they say, oh, my heck, well, you guys probably get that one.
