The Wellness Wonderland Radio is back today and welcome. I have

missed you. I've been on hiatus for a bit of the summer. If you're new to the show, this is Katie,

your host of the Wellness Wonderland Radio. And I am so excited to be back with you guys. I miss the heck out of you. I hope you missed the show and

missed me too. And before we get into today's brand new episode, the season three premiere of

the Wellness Wonderland Radio podcast, I just thought I'd warm up the mics a little bit by chatting

it up with you guys and giving you some announcements about me and where I've been and where I'm going and the show and what you can expect to this season and really just hang out with you guys for a few minutes.
