If I was a mentor, a young person that wanted to get into the fitness industry,

eventually wanted to open up their own gym. My take would not be like, okay,

graduate college, go get your level one, become a trainer. I would become a member at a gym that

you really, really admire and respect. I think there's so much to be gained from that,

not only in terms of best practices, but what could you do for better practices? It's like if you,

I think you have to have you eat now at some restaurants before you open up a restaurant.
