First, I want to talk about one thing that a lot of people ask.

A lot of people who are trying to become trainers, they ask, what's the difference between the team route and the independent route?

And I kind of have a new perspective on that after being able to

sort of work in the NBA this year. So if you haven't been keeping up with the podcast,

this past year I was with Philadelphia quite a bit. I was working for James and after I went out

and did his rehab. So basically, let's go back to training the offseason,

got really good results, went into season, was killing it at the beginning. And then he got

his foot stepped on and it turned and strained his post-tib tendon. And so I went out to Houston, actually, he was at his house in Houston. I went and

rehabbed him for 30 days. And after that, he's like, my body feels incredible. You've got to stay.

Normally, especially with James, I don't see him throughout the whole season. I just see him in the

off season, but he's like, you got to stay.
