Here's a case that may be absolutely no case.

Now, you know about class action suits, and it's always some lawyers trying to convince you,

you've been screwed over, and a million of you have been screwed over. And it's always some lawyers trying to convince you, you've been screwed over,

and a million of you have been screwed over. And the more people, the bigger the class, and the

more the lawyer makes. And that's where all the money is really being made. So there is a lawsuit

against Wendy's and McDonald's going on, claiming that the burger ads misled consumers on patty sizes.

Now, not as to weight, because you'll notice that the ads always say a quarter of a pound

uncooked weight or whatever it is.

So you can't argue that the patty by weight is that that's misleading, even though no matter how big it appears on the bun.

Now, what the plaintiffs are arguing is in the photographs and the ads, the burger size,

the patty is bigger than what you can actually get on when you get the burger.

In other words, you look at the ad or you look at the sign in the, right in the store.

And there it is.

You got your menu.

You look on top and they have the photos and then they have the prices and describe what it is.

And those photos, that burger doesn't look anything like

the one that's handed to you over the counter. Therefore, that's deceptive. Therefore, the consumer

has gotten screwed. Well, I mean, there have been some bizarre cases. And here is the defense.

And I'd rather be a defense attorney on this one than the plaintiff's attorney.

And that is the consumer is used to signs, ads where the food product looks bigger, better, more appetizing than anything you get.

That is what we're used to.
