with a billionaire tech investor wiping out the college debt of an entire

graduating class.

Robert F Smith is the founder and CEO of Vista Equity Partners

and was the commencement speaker at Morehouse College yesterday.

While addressing the student, Smith said,

on behalf of eight generations of my family,

we're going to put a little fuel in your bus

and eliminate your student loans.

He then challenged them to pay his generosity forward.

Nearly 400 students will benefit from his kindness.

It's a gift reportedly worth $40 million.

Two years ago, Smith signed the Giving Pledge, created by Warren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates

to encourage wealthy Americans to donate half of their wealth to worthwhile causes.

A horse by the name of War of Will won the Preakness this weekend, but it's a different stallion that stole the headlines.

Bodie Express tossed his jockey at the starting gate, then proceeded to run the entire race without him.

Bodi Express had no trouble following the course,

was able to keep up with the field, and actually seemed to be trying to win.

He didn't, but he did conquer the hearts and minds of the internet, with some calling his riderless run epic.

The horse's throne jockey was disappointed but uninjured in the fall.

And even though Bodie Express completed the race, he was listed as failing to finish because he did so without

amount.
