But Heidi is out with us tonight, and that's a good thing.

Well, I mean, she's busy doing some stuff, family stuff,

but she's also putting together a lot of very important stuff for our event coming up in just

in difficult, challenging situations where you would normally want to freak out.

So I'm going to show you, I'm speaking for her, from my own personal experience,

what I did wrong and what you should do by learning from my mistakes.
