I've never encouraged anybody to go into the field of breathing if they want to try and make a living from it. So I came across it because of having asthma. But in school, I was falling asleep at the desk desk and I had undiagnosed obstructive sleep |
| 1:12.3 | apnea, but I didn't know that until about 20 years later. I was a chronic mouth breeder during |
| 1:18.4 | physical exercise, during rest and during sleep. I used to wake up at a dry mouth every morning. |
| 1:24.2 | And I'd be tired waking up and trying to focus and concentrate. |

| 1:33.5 | And I came across a newspaper article back in 1997 and 98. |
| 1:40.7 | And it spoke of the work of this Russian doctor who was working with astronauts during the Soviet space race. |
