getting started series. We started last week in episode 40 with hitting rock bottom. And today

we're covering what it means to ask for help in an episode entitled Phone a Friend and why that's important

for us after we've hit Rock Bottom to reach out to others. We'll get into that in the moment,

but first I want to talk to you about Covenant Eyes. Obviously, today we're going to talk

about reaching out and connecting with others.
