Today's conversation is with an inspiringly beautiful woman that I used to simply stalk on social media

and now I'm happy to call a real friend Gala Darling.

Gala is a teacher, an author, and a speaker who's been teaching about radical self-love

for almost a decade. Her site, Gala Darling.com, helps over 1 million women a month, find their voice,

live without fear, and fall in love with their life. Gala's been called a spiritual revolutionary,

the Oracle of all things

mystically glam at a modern day guru. I really invited her on the show

because I wanted her to talk about her first book which is being published by

Hay House in early 2016 which is called

Radical Self Love a Guide to Loving Yourself and Living Your Dream and

her story of overcoming an eating disorder depression and her own self-described love affair

with being miserable to really becoming the queen of self-celebration.

She is actually the embodiment of self-celebration if you spend time with her.
