How many times do people call me and go, class action suit? Do I have a class action suit?

And I always say, only the lawyers make the money. Well, you know, I've been screwed over. I go, okay, so let's talk about it. And it ranges

all the way from people who have genuinely been screwed over, for example, suing pharmaceutical

companies because wrong dosages and they've been hurt, all the way to stupid. And, well, I have a

stupid one for you. This is Alabama. And there's a man in the way to stupid. And, well, I have a stupid one for you.

And there's a man, and the way class action suits work is always a lead plaintiff or two,

and they get a little bit more money than everybody else in the class,

because you have to file on behalf of someone who represents all the people that have been injured.

So this is against Kraft Heinz Foods.

And they have a product, which everybody knows, country time lemonade, the mixes.

Okay, so you put it to mix in, you know, with water, and you mix it up, and there's your lemonade.

Well, this gentleman, DeMarcus Rogers, claims that if you look at the 19-ounce

canisters of powder and you mix eight quarts of lemonade, the amount of powder only provides

six quarts of lemonade when you follow measuring directions.

And therefore, the consumer has been screwed, false advertising, misrepresentation, yada, yada.

Now, the suit asks for three times actual damages to Rogers, which is, come on.

So I spent $1.39, and I bought it 10 times.

That's $13.90.

And I've, okay, then over three years, so it's a few hundred bucks.

And I want three times.
