All right, I'm going to talk about a bill that's going through the assembly.

That's AB233.

And this is kind of an interesting one.

And this has to do with people riding their horses in the city or in a city.

And the horse droppings happen because that's what horses do.

It's really hard to housebreak a horse.

They just don't do that.

I mean, you can try and get the newspaper roll it up and smash it across the nose, but it doesn't help at all.

So this is kind of an interesting one, because what the bill does is allow any city to pass a law, a local law that says people who have horses have to clean up after themselves or after the horse does his or her thing.

Now, there are a lot of cities that say you have to clean up the dog poop, but this is brand new.

And so, okay, a municipality can do that. Now, the main critic and the main

organization that's fighting this bill happens to be a city here in Southern California,

which in which there is no chance this bill would ever would ever pass in the city.

In other words, if it's allowed to happen, the city would never pass an ordinance saying that

horse owners are responsible for picking up the horse droppings.

So it's kind of interesting that the city of Norco is leading the charge, the cavalry charge, to make sure this bill doesn't pass.

Why, Norco is known as Horsetown, USA.

There are horse trails along virtually every street.

Every business has Western and horse-related themes as part of the outdoor decor.

And, of course, almost every horse owner in the city is against this piece of legislation.

You would think so.
