This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Here's something right at my alley, and this has to do with sperm donation.

And I've been, as you know, my entire practice of law was third party reproductive law.

That's what I did.

Surrogate parenting, sperm donation, egg donation.

That's a weird practice, but that's where my expertise was.

So whenever I see a story about surrogacy or egg donation or sperm donation, I jump right on it and go, okay.

So we go to Holland for a moment. And Holland is very similar to the United States in a couple of ways.

Certainly in this category. There's a guy by the name of Jonathan Jacob Meijer, or Meir, who is being sued by a woman,

and it turns out he has fathered 550 children via sperm donation.

Yeha, that's a lot of kids.

And one of the mothers, which who has accepted his sperm through a sperm bank, found out at the time in 2018 that he had already fathered a 102 children.

Now they're figuring out it's about 550 in various countries.

I mean, the guy goes to sperm banks, goes on the Internet and volunteers.

I mean, there's something going on with him.

So in any case, she is suing.

Now, there is no law that says you cannot father more than X number of children via sperm donation, and that's

in Holland. In the United States, as far as I know, there's no law that limits you to or limits

a man to the number of donations. Now, there's certainly policy. I don't know of any sperm bank out there.

As a matter of fact, one of my dear friends who is a very famous urologist, male infertility

specialists, and created the largest sperm bank in the world, I think they were done at five.

You're finished. And the fear is, of course, incest.
