And they are saying that the Forest Service is using this FOS check to put out fires.

Further, they go beyond that and saying, hold on a minute.

You know what? The stuff really on a minute. You know what?

The stuff really doesn't work.

You know, what do you mean it doesn't work?

Pink stuff goes over, retards the fire, and they're saying it doesn't work nearly as well as the Forest Service and the manufacturers are claiming that it does.

So does it want to get rid of FOSCHECT completely?
