podcasters you know so well. It started way back in history with Robert

Sykes, Danny Vega, and the PhD. What is up my friends? If you're looking to

for the next few episodes because we're all ultra busy. We got a lot of

stuff going on with all of our brands outside of this one. All things good, but

we are just going to get right to the point. Danny suggested that we call these

just the tip just for a second just to see how it feels episode. So just where

Robert just moved the keto brick compound to Northwest Arkansas and it looks

like he's getting his podcast layer all set up in there so that's pretty awesome.

So I wanted to spend this episode just letting our listenership and the

keto community give them a little update on how the move went where we're at
