Hello to you. Welcome back to another episode of the Mark Groves podcast. I love doing this podcast and one of the main reasons I love it

0:23.8

is because we all get to experience different perspectives, different thoughts, different

0:28.5

views of relationship and connection and the constructs and the challenges and how to move

0:34.4

through those things. And not every person you hear in every aspect of life you're going to resonate with.

0:41.3

recognize and I recognize that a belief we hold today might not be a belief that we hold

1:23.2

in a month, a year, a day, a decade, and beliefs you have held in your past might not be beliefs

1:33.1

that you hold today.

1:34.4

And if you don't acknowledge that transformation and that change and you keep pretending

1:38.7

like that belief is authentic to you, then you will face resistance and pain because

1:43.8

what is trying to be

1:44.7

birthed through you, you resist, as opposed to just allowing it to flow and surrender and

1:50.0

release the old way of thinking. And on a more structured basis, this is what happens with
