low-carb hustle. Now, here's a little story I got to tell about three podcasters. You know,

0:07.6

so well, it started way back in history. Robert Sykes, Danny Vega, and the PhD. What is up,

0:14.4

my friends? Welcome to the low-carb hustle podcast. We're looking to put a little muscle behind

0:19.2

your low-carb hustle. You are in the right place. Today, we're talking about fitness equipment

0:23.8

that we like, maybe even love. And this one popped into my mind. This is another self-serving

0:30.0

episode. We've got a few of these in a row here because in our last episode, if you missed that,

0:36.4

hit the rewind button, check that out. I talked about how I have trained at my in my home and my

0:42.6

podcast bunker for 10 years with just barbells and dumbbells. And a few little things here and

0:48.3

1:09.1

super sore in a good way. I signed up at the good old iron pit gym. Shout out to Matt and Doug

1:14.7

at the iron pit. I went in yesterday, tore it up, sore, AF, sore AF. I feel like my chest grew

1:22.4

three Vega levels. I increased by three Vegas on the chest. Very sore in a good way. But I'm

1:29.0

excited about this topic. You guys have been in that gym. They have all kinds of cool stuff in

1:33.9

there. Like reverse hypers, glute, glute ham. They've got belt squat machines, all these cool

1:41.1

things. But I want to kind of nerd out about fitness equipment. And again, it can be anything we

1:45.4

can define, define equipment however you want. I know Robert's getting right to outfit his new

1:51.6

Savage compound 2.0. And he's getting a few goodies in there. So Robert, why don't you kick it

1:57.9

off? Danny's furiously searching online for one piece of equipment, man. So why don't you kick

2:04.6

it off? Like what do you, if you're going to like make your list of dream equipment and it can
