to this interview, I messed up my back, something awful, like one of the, I had back surgery at 25

and 34 now and this is probably the worst my back got, I was barely able to get myself upright and

in a chair, part of that was taking a muscle relaxer, obviously icing the back and pounding a few

drinks to just try to quell the pain a little bit, did a good job and then I also have a trick where

I use a a teaball and I jam it between the muscle spasm in my back and a chair and kind of move it

around just a little bit and it really digs into that muscle, I, it was recommended to me to use a

tennis ball, I have a little higher pain tolerance I think than some people, so you may, if you ever

have this issue and it works with any part of your body that's really, you know, something that's

just a tensed muscle, you may want to try it, your desk chair or when you're driving a car, I've

done it many times, it's helped me a lot, you know, you can't always immediately go get a deep

tissue massage, but you know, probably have a sports ball of some kind that you can jam in your back

and just kind of roll around a little bit to massage it out, so that being said, the reason I tell
