Hey everyone and welcome to the newest episode of the Jeff McElino podcast.

I suppose it's only the newest episode if you're current in listening to my podcast, but

welcome nonetheless.

A few housekeeping items I got my new computer, so I'm hoping to be able to implement a few

different things.

I don't really get that much at these podcasts, but this should also help make things a little

cleaner with everything with that.

So I'm not very good with technology, but I'll use paper clips and rubber bands and

I'll get things done one way or another.

So the Tampa Bay Lightning are up 3-0 in the Stanley Cup finals.

One win away from winning back-to-back Stanley Cups.

The finals had not started at the time of this interview.

I'll briefly talk some trash with my guest who is a Boston Bruins fan in the beginning

and the Stanley Cup had not yet begun when this interview took place.

So my guest today is Mike Solitro.

He is from the Boston area, as you may have assumed.

He is a real estate attorney, associate broker.

He is lean and six sigma certified.

I've seen that on a lot of job postings and I never knew what it meant, so I did ask

him that.

He also, twice, is one real estate information services award of excellent, excellent award

of excellent.
