Okay. Welcome to episode number three. The first thing I wanted to do is check in with you and kind of give you an update about my sleep.

Last episode I talked about my sleep and how it was a something that I had been struggling with and I want to tell you some information about that.

At the very end of the last episode,

I cut in after my post-production,

and that was at 9.20 PM, I think it was.

When I had recorded the episode, I had said that I was going to try to be home at 9 PM.

So, you know, I didn't quite make my exact goal but setting the goal helped me get closer and I think the importance of recognizing that that success is a direction towards the goal that you're trying to achieve.

So one of the aha's that I had, I was, I had been using an app called, I think it's evil alarm.
