Over the past few weeks I've talked to you a bit about sleep and some of the challenges that I've been having with sleep.

And one of the things that I realized is that, you know, it's actually sleep is not what my primary

issue is.

It's transitioning.

Once I get home, I've done so much better at allowing myself to have alone time in the morning.

So that was one of the issues that I was really needing originally when it came to sleep, but I realized that

You know, we like things to be the same and, you know, change is hard.
