| 1:18.0 | effort and attention that I put into trying to get good sleep and maintain healthy sleep behaviors and |
| 1:27.3 | sleep hygiene. I seem to not make the traction that I look for or make the progress that I'm looking for when it comes to sleep. |
| 1:36.2 | That being said, over the past year I've made huge improvements and whenever I'm having a week like I am this week where I'm not doing so hot on my sleep goals. |
| 1:48.0 | You know, I do things like I'm doing right now where I'm kind of losing my turn to thought. |
| 1:53.3 | One of the things that I kind of get down to myself on is why am I not making progress on this goal? |
| 2:00.0 | And the thing is I have made a lot of progress on this goal. |
| 2:04.0 | I used to go to bed on average somewhere between 1130 was a good night. |
| 2:10.0 | I often wouldn't go to bed between one and two. |
| 2:13.0 | And over the past year or so, really the past year, |
| 2:17.0 | I have gotten that to, I'm going to bed between 1030 to 11 on most nights. However, this week has not been one of those weeks. |
