What's up running gauge? Welcome back everybody. Thanks for being here.

I'm going to get you caught up on what's been happening lately and then answer a couple questions,

a couple questions you guys sent in via social media,

and then we're going to move on to my guests of the day.

So just to recap, the last two weekends

we had in the contest winners from our Renegade

Strength Club Transformation Contest that was Josh from Australia and Andrew from

Atlanta came out and we had a great time director of operations from Renegade Inc.

Andrela Stad was here as well.

Aided a bunch of great restaurants, went out on the town, played some football

on the beach, did a strong man work out outside.

Two great guys, I had the pleasure of hanging out with,

and we'll be doing another one of those big contests.

This year we're going to be doing three or four contests.

One of them will be our big one in the

Renegade Strength Club where the winners will be flown out to California and

put up on a nice hotel on the beach and we'll train and hang together all

weekend.

So keep an eye out for that.
