No doubt you know that Harvey Weinstein is now the beginning of his trial for rape and sexual

assaults against two different women.

And you would think that walking into a courtroom, being accused of crimes this serious,

looking at maybe decades in jail, that you would

really pay attention to the rules of the court and not piss off the judge.

Well, he has repeatedly brought his cell phone into court and is talking into it while court proceedings are going on. Now, come on.

Yeah, what a moron he is. And by the way, the judge has warned him time and time again.

The bailiff has warned him time and time again. At one point when he was confronted, he put his head down

and said, I'm sorry. And another attorney, one of his attorneys, said that she was not aware.

And the judge said he was aware. And is on your watch and here's where I think

the judge is blowing it he threatens and threatens and what he should do my opinion if I were the

judge is just start slapping contempt orders on him but when you think about it what can

they do?

Well, he's out on bail.

And I think the judge could say, no, maybe not.

And that is to revoke the bail, but I don't think, I don't think the judge can do that.
