All right, this one's out of texas and uh this woman has been

arrested after a drink she made for her son's bully and here's what happened her son gets bullied

jennifer lynn rossi is 45 and so her son gets uh bullied by uh this guy we don't know his name because he's a minor.

And what she did, what she was arrested for, is mixing lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and gatorade in a sports bottle.

And telling her son, give it to the guy who bullied you and stole your drink the day before.

Part of the bullying was taking this kid's drink.

And so now mom says, take it and give it to him.

Okay.

So, according to the sheriff's office in their statement, their arrest statement,

upon arriving to school, deputies learned that sick child

was given a drink by his classmate during the PE class because what ended up happening this kid

is he got real sick and he went into the hospital and it turned out he obviously was okay after a time

because it was lemon juice vinegar salt and gatorade gatorade. By the way, that saved mom's ass.

So here is what's going to save her. The sheriff's office wrote, although the contents of the drink were non-toxic, the incident resulted in a child being hospitalized.

So she is not being hit with attempted murder. Had it been

toxic, she would be spending a whole lot of years in jail. If it had killed the kid, she'd never see

the outside of a jail cell for the rest of her life probably or not for decades.

If it had not killed the kid, she'd still be sent spending years in prison.

This one, she's going to do some prison time, but not a whole lot because it was non-toxic.
