All right, California, how unusual.

New California law that has been put into a place that, well, cops can no longer go after people on the street for loitering.

And here's why.

Sex traffickers, women, men, hookers, both female hookers and male hookers, stand on the street,

and especially women with a real tight tights and the fishnet stockings.

And, I mean, you can tell.

I mean, they're a huge makeup and, you know, they're smoking their cigarettes right on the corner.

And everybody knows it's a hooker.

Well, for doing that, they used to be able to be arrested for loitering.

The law says you can't arrest these people for loitering at all.

That they actually have to do something before they can be arrested.

I mean, they can't be roused.

Usually, if the cop showing up, get the hell out of here, they can't be roused.

They have to be left alone until an illegal act takes place, which usually is the case anyway.

You know, they have these stings operation, sting operations, the cops come down.

Money is exchanged. What do you want? And they say, I want and then accept money. Boom,

cop now arrest them. So the new law says you can't arrest them for just standing around or do anything to him.

Anti-loitering laws, no good anymore.

Well, the police are going berserk.

The DA is going nuts saying sex trafficking is going on and we can't arrest anybody when it is obvious sex trafficking is happening
