Here's what just happened in San Bernardino, not the snows that were ridiculous here.

San Bernardino is basically east of Los Angeles, its own county about, I don't know, 40, 50, 60 miles.

In any case, it's a own separate county.

In any case, San Bernardino, the county of San Bernardino, tried this rapper, and all criminal

trials are county, have done in county courts, except for federal court.

And so you had a rapper that was convicted.

And he had, and it was a murder.

And he had wrapped a song, there was a video of him talking about the murder itself and dancing

around referring to the murder because the video was done

after the killing referring to the murder itself and he's prancing around with an assault

weapon and that was introduced in trial and there was a motion saying that shouldn't be brought

into evidence and the prosecution said it should be brought into evidence. And the prosecution

said it should be brought in evidence. And the court ruled that it should be brought into evidence.

So he gets convicted. And up he goes to the appeals court. The appeals court overturned the trial,

saying because he referred to the murder, that's not enough.

And because he talked about being a murder, that's not enough.

And because he had an assault weapon and combine all that together, the prosecution said,

see, you see, that was part of the evidence that he committed a crime.

So there's two types of appeals

when it comes to evidence one is when uh it's really important that it could change the mind of

the jury that's important enough to where the judge goes you know that's a big deal and if the jurors
