Gruer cheese also has the same pedigree?

That it comes from the Gruer part of Switzerland and also in France,

and that is a local production area and a small production area because that is officially Gruer cheese.

Well, everybody sells Gruer cheese, right?

And it only says Gruer cheese because it's the type of cheese.

It's like cheddar cheese.

You know, it's what?

It comes from cheddar.

No one cares.

Or Swiss cheese, right? Is that only Switzerland? And you can't sell it unless it is cheese produced in Switzerland. Of course not. It's basically a generic term for cheese, a kind of cheese, blue cheese, another one. So how about Gruyer? Well, guess what?

There was a lawsuit filed by the folks that manufactured Gruer cheese in Gruerere, or from those regions that produced Gruer cheese.

And they lost.

The lower court said, no, no.

It's a basic term describing cheese.
