Whether it's the career field of your choice or just life in general, almost anyone can use a mentor.

A mentor is someone who is where you want to be and can guide you along the way,

typically imparting wisdom that has come from years of experience, but mentorship is something that is ethereal to many.

A lot of students believe that an internship will equal mentorship, until that is, they end up going on coffee runs,

making copies, or doing grunt work all day.

Children often grow up with parents, but not always with mentors, someone to impart wisdom on situations
