Whether it's the career field of your choice or just life in general, almost anyone can use a mentor.

A mentor is someone who is where you want to be and can guide you along the way,

typically imparting wisdom that has come from years of experience, but mentorship is something that is ethereal to many.

A lot of students believe that an internship will equal mentorship, until that is, they end up going on coffee runs,

making copies, or doing grunt work all day.

Children often grow up with parents, but not always with mentors, someone to impart wisdom on situations

both big and small that will get them through their formative years.

Many simply don't see the need for a mentor. They assume they'll figure things out

on their own and in their own time. In our last episode, Michael Jones talked about the importance

of mentorship in his life

and how it was part of what led him to create Mograph mentor

as an alternative to traditional schooling.

Who have been some of your mentors in your life? I mean who are the people that you feel have

shaped who you are today? The Christo that is right now in this moment? I owe a lot of my success in the way that I

think to a lot of different people. So I'm going to do my best to answer that

question and contain it to five people.
