Hey friends, welcome back to our summer series.

0:21.7

I hope you're having a great summer so far.

And even if you're not, right?

Sometimes our summers don't go the way we planned.

1:47.6

patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things,

1:59.0

there is no law. Paul reminds us that the fruit that we so long to see in all

2:05.5

these characteristics, I mean, I would love to have more self-control, more peace, more kindness,

2:13.4

more faithfulness, and for sure, more patience, right? All these things. I long to have more of these

2:18.7

things, but I cannot, as Paul David Tripp says, staple that fruit onto my tree and be like,

2:25.3

ta-da, look at this fruit that's going on in my life, that the fruit must be produced because of
