Well, hey friends, welcome back to the Fruit of the Spirit summer series here on the Rizjo

0:23.3

Simons podcast. This summer, regardless of what's going on, whether it's restful or a little crazy,

0:31.0

whether you feel like it's a fruitful summer or not, my prayer is that through this small series,

0:37.2

we would just have opportunity to meditate

0:40.1

on God's work, to think on our growth, and to trust the Lord for the fruit that we long to see

0:46.9

in our lives. You know, this series is based on the fruit of the spirit that we find in Galatians

meditating on scriptures that help us remember what it is that will cause this fruit to grow,

1:54.7

what it is to have these aspects of the fruit of the spirit. We've already talked about love,

2:00.5

joy, and peace, and today

2:03.1

we're on patience. And so if you haven't joined us up until now, I invite you to go back to

2:09.1

the beginning of the series and get caught up or just jump right on in right now. It's never

2:15.3

too late to join us. And so I'm so glad you're here.

2:18.6

And my prayer is that as these scriptures are read over us, that you might just take a deep

2:23.7

breath and say, Lord, I lack patience. I want your patience. I want to hear what you have to say
