Just to kind of point out, Rory and I've been having a bit of a chat, a preamble as we do,

before we kind of launch into the podcast itself. And we've been having a healthy debate before we

even start. So we've got some good fiery, we're not really fiery, but some interesting topics to

bring today. We're going to be starting off with one that can be sometimes confusing.

It's links interperson-centered theory and it is

interjected values and how interjected values differ maybe from conditions of worth, what the

difference is, how to spot those interjected values. Real interesting one today, Rory, you're going

which is an interesting direction there.
