I'm making this a rule here at the office, but it turns out some people have some questions.

We're going to have a conversation about what it really means.

A big thing for me for a long time has been figuring out how to be open with thoughts and feelings and yet still be kind. And that's one of the things that Blair talks about, or he mentions at least in the podcast.

And I wanted to talk more about that with you because that's a big thing for you as well.

So how do you, as a businessman, how do you say what you need to say and not come off as a jerk I guess?

So just for clarification I know we just rolled off of it just so that there's no confusion about this

as Blair was talking about if he could change the laws of the universe like

gravity one of his laws would be speak your mind or say what you think and that hit you a little bit right?

So Stuart people are still getting to know who you are and let's give this a little context. Where do you grow up and why is

this a thing for you?

I am a southern boy by nature. I was born in Houston, Texas, raised for a little bit of my life there, but mostly grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee.

So basically the cradle of the South, we were very much taught, be nice.

Southern hospitality.

The charm, the manners, all that.

If you don't have anything good to say about somebody, then don't say anything at all.

Try and be kind. you know, of course.
