Well today is a really fun conversation with one of my dear friends Nicky

Jabour now she is the year-round vegetable gardener. She really is because she

wrote the book by that title and it's pretty amazing considering that she lives in Halifax,

Nova Scotia. That's where she does her gardening.

On a 2,000 square foot raised bed vegetable garden,

it's quite impressive to see.

It's beautiful in addition to highly productive,

and we're going to talk all about that.

Get all of those secrets that she offers and the wisdom that she has to provide for us from

all her experience and growing this incredible garden and I have to say it's very inspiring to look to Nicky to know that if she's doing what she's doing up there in Halifax, Nova Scotia, now it gets very cold there, no doubt it's on the east coast of Canada.

It takes about eight hours to get down to Maine.

Now she gets a little bit of a relief from the cold because of the ocean breezes coming in

and it actually kind of tames the temperatures but it's like if you were to live in upstate New York

It's like kind of like that but still a lot colder than where I live in Atlanta Georgia, but I am a year-round gardener here too, but even when I think I'm struggling I think about

Nicky up there. So the way I see it, if she can do it there, we can do it wherever we live, but the

inspiration is certainly going to come today if you're not
